Multicultural Australia has celebrated the latest graduates of its Building Skills for the Future program after the cohort achieved a 100 per cent completion rate.
The achievement comes as the program has been named a regional finalist in the Queensland Training Awards for the second time, recognising its impact and the commitment of the team delivering the initiative.
The program is delivered in partnership with Aurora Training Institute (RTO 32237) and funded by the Queensland Government through Skills for Queensland. Participants completed a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways, developing practical skills and confidence to pursue further education and employment.
Multicultural Australia said many graduates had already secured employment or progressed to Certificate III-level study, marking an important step in their individual career pathways.
The organisation congratulated the graduates and the team supporting them throughout the program, highlighting the initiative’s role in helping participants build skills and prepare for future opportunities.
The latest achievement also adds to the program’s recognition at the Queensland Training Awards, where it has been named a regional finalist for the second time.
The Building Skills for the Future program is aimed at strengthening vocational pathways and helping participants develop the foundation skills needed to move into further training, education or employment.
